Exfoliate gently a day or two before your service, avoid sunburn or tanning, and skip retinoids or strong acne treatments in the area being waxed. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing helps afterward.
For most clients, every 4–6 weeks works well, depending on your hair growth cycle. Regular waxing can help reduce irritation, ingrowns, and make future sessions quicker and easier.
It depends. Waxing may not be suitable if you have sunburn, broken skin, eczema, psoriasis, warts, or are using medications like retinoids or Accutane. Always let me know about any conditions before your appointment so I can guide you safely.
After waxing, your skin may be a little sensitive. Avoid hot showers, saunas, or vigorous exercise for 24 hours, and wear loose clothing. Exfoliate daily starting 2–3 days after your wax and keep the area moisturized daily to help prevent ingrowns and maintain smooth, healthy skin.
