Cancellations & ReschedulingYour appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- No-shows and Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
- If your card is deleted or declined, you will be unable to book future appointments until the balance of any fees owed is paid in full
Late ArrivalsIf you arrive 15 min or more late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. If there is not enough time to complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Guests & ChildrenDue to limited space and for the comfort and safety of all clients, I kindly ask that you do not bring additional guest or children to your appointment. Only the person receiving the service is permitted in the salon.
Redo PolicyYour satisfaction matters. If you have concerns about your hair, please reach out within 2 days of your appointment so I can make any necessary adjustments.

ExtensionsEach set of hair is carefully matched, custom-colored, and made to order specifically for you. Once your extensions are ordered, all sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or changes can be made. Please be sure your desired length, color, and texture have been confirmed with your stylist before your order is placed.
